Aetos Grounds & Gardens is a small property-care practice built around a simple principle: Observe. Improve. Steward.

We provide practical grounds, garden, and property care in New Orleans and Cooperstown, including garden restoration, small outdoor projects, property checks, and short-term rental turnovers.

We favor restoration over replacement, thoughtful intervention over unnecessary work, and durable improvements that compound over time.

Our approach is deliberately small-scale and hands-on. We work with what already exists, improve what needs attention, and leave properties cleaner, healthier, and more useful than we found them.
